To get my hair done, this usually means a $15 tip (it costs $100 @ JR Salon for cut & color - great deal). For manis, pedis, and brow waxing I may leave a little more than 20% as these services are typically less costly and I feel weird leaving $3 - I usually round up to $5. But, I could be cheap too...
