Green City Festival-  Enjoy music, presentations, activities, hands-on activities for the kids and entertainment while learning about being green in Austin! FREE!! Saturday, 10:00am- 3:00pm. Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street.

Pfall Chili Fest and Street Dance- Live music, chili tasting and voting, Chillun’s Pot Activities: Crafts, Moonwalks, Face Painters and a concert with Joe McDermott (performing at 1:00 in the children’s area)! Saturday, Noon- 9:00pm. Downtown Pflugerville.

Natural Science Saturday- Join students from UT’s College of Natural Sciences for hands-on science activities for the whole family. Learn about friction, buoyancy and electricity and get a chance to ask your burning questions about science! Saturday, 10:00am- 2:00pm. $4.50- 6.50 admission. Flipnotics Kid’s Show- Enjoy a FREE performance by Laura Freeman and the Hey Lollies! Saturday, 10:00am. Flipnotics, 1601Barton Springs Rd.

Book Box Storytime- Each Saturday, a guest will sing songs, read stories and then wrap it all up with a fun arts & craft project! FREE!! Saturday at Noon. Beth’s Book Box, 15803 Windermere Dr., Pflugerville.

Crafts for Kids- Brings the kids, ages 3 and up, to make Leafy Butterflies! FREE!! Saturday between 11:00am- 3:00pm. Lakeshore Learning Store, 9828 Great Hills Trail.

Doktor Kaboom- Meet Doktor Kaboom- a zany, brainy, spiky haired scientist who thinks nothing is more fun than mixing up a cool scientific experiment…then blowing it up!  Doktor Kaboom’s supercharged (and super safe!) science experiments will have you erupting with laughter and bubbling with curiosity.  Remember the good Doktor’s motto: Nothing says science like KABOOM! BookKids Storytime- Exploring your world is very exciting! You might discover new friends, new bugs, new hiding spots — lots of new things that could become your favorite thing ever! Science Sunday- Engineering students from UT will facilitate fun, hands-on math activities for the whole family from the newest exhibit, Cyberchase. Admission, $4.50- $6.50 free for kids under one. Sunday, 3:00- 5:00pm. Austin Children’s Museum, 201 Colorado Ave.

Sunday Morning Kid’s Show- This week’s show features music and mayhem from The Telephone Company! FREE!! Sunday, 10:30am. Ruta Maya Coffee Shop, 3601 South Congress.
