Did you know that breast cancer affects one in every eight women? I had no clue that the numbers were that high.
Renee, a local mama and breast cancer survivor, is organizing a special event that will benefit the Breast Cancer Emergency Support Fund. If you find yourself wanting to support a local mama and her cause, bring yourself down to Mamu Fu’s in the Triangle for Shop, Sip and Share this Thursday from 6:00-10:00pm. For only $12 per ticket, you will get dinner, a non-alcoholic beverage (they will also have a cash bar for those of you wanting something with alcohol) (after all, it is THE most stressful time of the year!), and a raffle ticket. There will also be vendors set up to help you do some of that holiday shopping that you’ve been putting off as well!
