Your Best Year Yet Workshop with Carrie Contey, Ph.D.

The workshop is six hours in a kid-free environment at a renowned Austin location and includes a complimentary meal.

“This is so much more than just a process of setting New Year’s resolutions,” said Contey. “It’s a way of giving yourself the time, space and guidance to discover what matters most and to figure out how you really want life to look and feel. It’s the perfect way to kick off the new year!”
