The annual Chuy’s Children Giving to Children Parade is always the official start to our family’s holiday festivities! The 2018 parade will take place on Saturday, November 24, from 11 am- noon. Kids and adults are equally  excited to see the giant inflatable balloons, festive floats, children’s favorite characters in costume, superheroes, marching bands and more, but it also teaches children the importance of giving back to the community by encouraging attendees to bring a new, unwrapped toy for another child who is less fortunate during the holiday season.

Spectators can look forward to special guests, including the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters, Santa and Mrs. Claus and 30 Elvis impersonators honoring the parade’s 30 years. Most important of all, in recognition of the parade’s anniversary, Chuy’s is inviting the greater Austin community to help them reach their goal of collecting more than 30,000 toys, encouraging all that are able to bring multiple toys to donate.
