Event: Go Fish! Learn to Fish at McKinney Falls State Park, 10/10

Want to go fishing or take your kids fishing, but don’t know where to start?

Families can learn the basics of fishing through fun, hands-on activities at Go Fish! events at Texas State Parks. Head to McKinney Falls State Park on Saturday, October 10th and take away a fishing fun pack and enter the drawing for door prizes. Equipment and bait is provided, or you can bring your own. Some loaner rods are available. You don’t need a fishing license necessary, but adults must accompany children. Don’t forget to bring sun protection, a hat, sunglasses and water! Program for children ages 5 and up.
