Walk with a Scott & White Doc at Camp Mabry is happening on Saturday, November 8, at 9:00 a.m.

Walking for as little as 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of coronary heart disease, improve your blood pressure and blood sugar levels, elevate your mood and reduce your risk of osteoporosis, cancer and diabetes. Walk With A Doc is stepping out with the American Diabetes Association to observe National Diabetes Awareness Month with a historical/interactive walk at Camp Mabry, part of the ADA’s Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes.
