Free Music Fridays at Hill’s Cafe

April Head for the Hill's lineup

Way back in 1947, the Goodnight family built a 20-seat coffee shop and restaurant next to the Goodnight Motel on South Congress Avenue. It was called “Hill’s Cafe” in honor of partner Sam “Posey” Hill. Nearly 70 years later, Hill’s Cafe is still around, having survived fires and floods, continuing to serve Texas fare.

Every Friday, you can Head For the Hill’s for Free Music Fridays! The free music series features fun, energetic, up-and-coming and well-known Texas bluegrass, country, Americana and country rock bands to the iconic Hills stage every Friday from 7-9pm.
