Giveaway: Art Garage Summer Camp!

With 30 different camps to choose from, you are sure to find something perfect for your budding artist at the Art Garage!

Younger kids can choose from fun themes like Frozen, Candyland and Under the Sea. In each of these camps, the campers will get to create 8-12 projects, including building with clay, pottery painting, tie-dying, canvas painting, drawing and crafts.

Older elementary-aged kids can look forward to themes like Go Green, Austin Hipster Art and Fiesta. In these camps the focus is a little more on fine art and usually include an art history component.

Middle School-aged kids can join classes titled Comics and Graphic Art, Sculpture and Glass Art, and Drawing and Painting. In these camps, kids will get to focus on particular art media and have a more in-depth experience.

The camps are taught by certified art teachers and degreed, professional artists. They are serious about art education but, since it’s also summer, they make sure to have lots of fun, too! We had the opportunity to feature The Art Garage’s owner, Kelly, last month. Read all about this local mama and business owner here.
