Take your family out to Scottish Rite Theater, one of the oldest operating theaters in the state of Texas, to watch The Town Musicians of Mumbai starting April 2 – May 1, 2016. Perfect for little kids, the theater allows children to sit on carpets in front of the stage to feel like they are in on the action!
Collaborating once again with the Sacred Cowgirls Indian Swing Band in an all-new Bollywood adaptation of a favorite tale, The Town Musicians of Mumbai, is an original Bollywood-inspired version of Grimms’ beloved Bremen Town Musicians. When four loyal beasts become old and discarded, they set out to become famous musicians in the marvelous city of Mumbai. With live music from The Sacred Cowgirls and original Indian choreography and dance, this show will please one and all! Recommended for all ages.
Dates: The performances are scheduled on Saturdays at 11 am and Sundays at 1 pm, April 2- May 1, 2016.
