Skating on the Plaza at Whole Foods Market- Enjoy the last weekend of ice skating on the roof top plaza. We took our son last year and he had a blast.Tickets are $10 per session and includes skate rental. The rink is open through January 1st. Whold Foods Market, 525 N. Lamar Blvd., 476-1206.

The Polar Express An Imax 3D Experience- This sounds perfect if mom and dad are just too tired to do anything active with the kids! Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for kids.
