The Sustainable Food Center hosts several opportunities for the remainder of 2016 in The Chef’s Table Cooking Series, intimate demo-style dinners with local some of Austin’s best chefs.

What: Chef Peter Maffei of Cannon + Belle

Be one of the first to experience the NEW Cannon + Belle restaurant in an intimate setting in SFC’s Teaching Kitchen. Chef Peter Maffei will share his unique style, cooking techniques and passion for local sourcing while guests enjoy a delicious meal including wine from Hye Meadow Winery and beer from Saint Arnold’s Brewing Company. The menu will feature Lockhart Quail, Seed Crusted Gulf Redfish and Texas Beef Rib. We promise you will leave feeling entertained and nourished!
