Family Fun Nights- International performer Rik Gern brings his formidable talents to bear as Bonzo Crunch, the lovable and widely celebrated kids entertainer. Bonzo Crunch has performed in Disney videos and Barney videos, and he’ll be at Kaleidoscope Toys to perform for you as part of our Friday Family Fun Night series! Youth Fishing Derby- Celebrate Father’s Day weekend by bringing that man in your life to fish in our derby. Do not know how to fish? No problem. Attend the free Go Fish! workshop first and then fish for prizes. No fishing license necessary. Bring your own tackle or borrow ours. Accessible for the mobility impaired. FREE!! Austin Under the Stars- Hosted by the Austin Astronomical Society and St. Stephen’s Episcopal School, the public is invited to join local astronomers who will be viewing our closest stellar neighbor, the Sun, in daytime skies, using special protective filters on several telescopes.  After the Sun slips under the horizon, we’ll turn our attention to the celestial wonders in the night skies. Father’s Day Carnival & CircX VorteX- Bring the whole family to the VORTEX’s special Father’s Day Family Carnival. Fun for all ages! Enjoy family performances, such as father and son and mother and daughter duet musical acts, puppet shows, and hula-hooping clowns. Wacky activities include: water balloon toss, Ruta Maya coffee-bean sack race, arts & crafts, and much, much more – the perfect way for the whole family to enjoy Father’s Day, together. The Princess and the Pea- Two kingdoms: one of snow ruled by the Storm King and one of green with a princess and friend, the pea. These two kingdoms think they have nothing in common, but peace-loving Leprechauns prove otherwise!
