This recipe comes to us from Amanda, mom to two picky eaters in Cedar Park. She says that she found this recipe online and her kids request it at least once a week, if not more. It’s easy and kid approved! She serves it with rice and veggies to make a nice, well-rounded meal.
5-10 Bamboo Skewers
1-2 Pounds of Chicken Breasts, sliced into strips
Powdered garlic and ginger for sprinkling
1/4 cup Sesame oil
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
Place the chicken strips on skewer, brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic and ginger. Pour the soy sauce over and squeeze the lime juice onto the chicken. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and then broil to brown, if necessary.
