Thursday’s Dish

Here’s a recipe from Rebecca. She tells us that her kids love it and it’s something that can be made either in the oven or in a crock pot for those days when it’s just too hot to turn on the oven.


4-6 Beef short ribs
AdvertisementHalf bottle of BBQ sauce, any brand you prefer

One medium onion, sliced thinly

In a ziplock bag, combine the ribs, bbq sauce and onion. Shake well to make sure that all of the ribs have sauce on them. Place entire contents of bag in a deep baking dish and place in the oven. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. If you use a crock pot, you will need to use the entire bottle of bbq sauce.
