The lineup has been finalized for next week’s YOU WHO Rock Show for Kids at the Fader Fort, and to celebrate, we’re giving away two more tickets!

YOU WHO was created by Chris Funk of The Decemberists and his wife, Seann McKeel and includes an art activity zone for kids, a variety show format with sing-a-longs, interactive dance get-downs, original songs and more. To interest the budding young music listeners (and to satisfy the tastes of seasoned rockers who maybe don’t get out as much fora show as they did before they were parents), YOU WHO shows include a variety of genres. Featured bands play a set from their catalogue that they think kids will like, not necessarily “kid’s music”.
All proceeds from the event will help fund MyMusicRx’s bedside and online programs that deliver the healing power of music to kids facing cancer and other serious illnesses, whenever and wherever they need it most. YOU WHO shows are videotaped and made available to seriously ill kids and teens via the MyMusicRx.org website. When: Thursday, March 19, 2015. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Where: Main Stage at The FADER FORT Presented by Converse, 1101 E 5th Street (between San Marcos and Waller), Austin, TX 78702.
Tickets: Advance tickets are $20/adults or $25/day of show. Kids 10 and under are FREE.
All tickets include a pre-show kid’s craft zone. A VIP family-of-four-pack is also available for $120 and includes complimentary breakfast, concert t-shirts, raffle tickets, and a special swag bag filled with sponsor gifts.

LIMITED parking is available at 5th & Waller. (This a tented, outdoor venue with earthen floor – blankets and festival chairs are welcome.)
