Emancipet’s Sit Stay Day

Animal lovers and foodies, rejoice! Emancipet’s sixth annual Sit Stay Day, a unique fundraiser that lets pets and their humans stay in and enjoy homegrown Austin treats while raising money for pets in need, returns for 2016.

Dozens of local businesses donate gourmet food and drink items, gift cards, and other goodies that are assembled into 250 kits and delivered to homes and offices before Valentine’s Day.

– Bags of popcorn from Cornucopia

– Healthy snacks from KIND Healthy Snacks and Rhythm Superfoods

– Gift cards to local hot spots

– Assorted pet treats and toys

and much more!

Although each kit will have approximately the same contents, specific vendors represented within a kit may vary slightly.

Cost: $175
Delivery Date: February 12, 2016 (Austin area)

The kits must be ordered online now through Feb. 5 at emancipet.org/events/sit-stay-day. More than 65 kits have already been spoken for, so people are strongly encouraged to order theirs early before they sell out.

The money raised helps Emancipet, a non-profit on a mission to make high-quality spay/neuter and veterinary care affordable and accessible to every pet owner, will help provide affordable, accessible spay/neuter and veterinary care to pets in need. Emancipet has spayed and neutered nearly 250,000 dogs and cats since it was founded in 1999.
