Simon Kidgits Club Safe Summer Event– Saturday, May 25, Noon- 4pm. Our biggest Kidgits event of the year is back! Join us as we visit with law enforcement professionals from the Austin area to learn how they work to keep us safe. Participants include the Austin Police Department Explorer Unit, the Lake Patrol jetskis, the K9 unit dogs and handlers, the Air Operations helicopter, and more! 15th Annual Free Memorial Day Concert and Sing-Along- Monday, May 27, 2013, from noon – 1 p.m. The concert features the A Cappella Texas chorus and chapter quartets, singing songs of inspiration and patriotism, as well as other musical numbers, honoring the memory of America’s war dead.
